Need some inspiration in picking a pumpkin carving to use this year? Here are 15 of the cutest and most unique ideas I found for Halloween.
Carving pumpkins is one of the most fun fall traditions there is! I really enjoy it and think it’s great for getting people together and talking while being creative! Coming up with a design to carve into your pumpkin can be hard though. So I have compiled a list of all the best things you can carve into your pumpkin this year. Each of these pumpkin carvings is adorable and will add that pop of fall to your front porch this October.

Pumpkin Carving Traditions
I really love the tradition of carving pumpkins and I really love all of halloween. It is one of my favorite holidays to decorate for, plus the fun of dressing up AND of course all the fun themed foods! Fall is also my favorite season fashion wise. A sweaters with leggings and tall boots is my go to basically for the entire season!

We are going to be in Italy until October 30th this year so I am not going to have much time to prepare! Last year we were in Bali, October is a great time to travel but it really gets in the way of my fall celebrations. I’ll have to make due with the time I can get for now.

Such cute ideas for pumpkin carving! My bf and I had a pumpkin carving date night last year to celebrate our first halloween together and we had a lot of fun with it! We cut out the bottom of the pumpkins instead of the tops because I read somewhere that the pumpkin will last longer if the stem is kept attached. And for some reason that small change inspired him to have the great idea of putting our diffusers inside the pumpkins to make them glow spooky colours instead or just candlelight! It made for some really cool pictures!

That sounds so fun! Such great ideas and tip! I have also seen pictures of smoke bombs in pumpkins so the smoke spills out the holes. There are so many fun unique ideas.

I’ve always loved that pumpkin with the tiny face! Apparently, some office like Disney (or similar brand) had a pumpkin carving contest and that one won over others that were super detailed and probably took hours!

Love the ideas for carving. I’ve always done a cats head and used the cut out pieces of eyes for the ears. Instead of candles I always cut a hole in the back and used a light bulb instead. Worked great.
